Login & Onboarding

On first launch the app shows the Onboarding screen with a welcome illustration.

  • Start Planning — navigates to the registration screen.
  • Continue as Guest — skips onboarding and goes directly to the Home screen (if you already have an account, use Login from the Profile screen instead).
  1. Tap Login (or navigate from the onboarding screen).
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Tap Sign In.

If this is your first login, the app will request Location and Camera permissions. Both are required for visit check-in and form submission.

  1. On the login screen, tap Forgot Password?
  2. Enter your email address and tap Send Reset Link.
  3. Check your email for a password reset link.
  4. Open the link, enter your new password, and confirm it.

Your account must have the Mobile App Access permission. If you see an error after login saying you don’t have access, contact your administrator.

Go to Profile → scroll to the bottom → tap Sign Out.

”Incorrect email or password”Double-check your credentials. Use Forgot Password if needed.
Permission denied after loginYour account may not have Mobile App Access. Contact your admin.
Blank screen after loginForce-close and reopen the app.
