Attendance
Attendance tracks when field agents start and end their workday. Each clock-in and clock-out is verified with GPS location, a selfie, and a timestamp.
Clocking In
Section titled “Clocking In”- On the Home screen, tap the Clock In card.
- The Attendance Verification screen opens with three steps:
Step 1 — GPS Location
Section titled “Step 1 — GPS Location”Your current location is shown on a map. Confirm you are at your designated work location, then tap Next.
Step 2 — Selfie Photo
Section titled “Step 2 — Selfie Photo”Tap Take Photo to open the front camera. Take a selfie and confirm.

Step 3 — Timestamp
Section titled “Step 3 — Timestamp”Your current date and time is shown. Tap Submit to record the clock-in.
Once submitted, your clock-in time appears on the Home screen.
Clocking Out
Section titled “Clocking Out”- On the Home screen, tap the Clock Out card.
- Go through the same three-step verification (GPS, selfie, timestamp).
- Tap Submit to record the clock-out.
Note: You cannot clock out while a visit is in progress. Complete or cancel any active visit first.
Attendance History
Section titled “Attendance History”To view your attendance records:
- On the Home screen, tap See More under the Attendance History section.
- The Attendance History screen shows a list of all your clock-in/clock-out records.

Attendance Detail
Section titled “Attendance Detail”Tap any record in the history to see:
- Clock-in time and GPS location on a map
- Clock-in selfie photo
- Clock-out time and location (if clocked out)
- Clock-out selfie photo
Common Issues
Section titled “Common Issues”| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| GPS location not accurate | Move to an open area, wait a few seconds, then retry |
| Camera not opening | Check that the app has camera permission in your phone settings |
| Cannot clock out | Make sure you have no active visits in progress |
