Inbox & Notifications
The Inbox screen displays system notifications sent to your account. Notifications keep you informed about KPI alerts, messages, and other important updates.

Accessing the Inbox
Section titled “Accessing the Inbox”From the Home screen, tap the bell icon in the top-right corner of the app header. This opens the Inbox (Notifications) screen.
Notification List
Section titled “Notification List”Each notification is displayed as a card with the following information:

| Title | Short subject of the notification |
| Description | Full notification message |
| Timestamp | Relative time since the notification was received (e.g., “1 hour ago”) |
| Mark as Read button | Appears only on unread notifications |
| Delete icon | Trash icon in the top-right corner of the card |
Notification Types
Section titled “Notification Types”Notifications come in three visual styles:

| Warning | Information circle | Yellow/Amber | Deadline approaching |
| Info | Information circle | Blue (primary) | New message received |
Read vs. Unread State
Section titled “Read vs. Unread State”- Unread notifications have a light blue background (
#f0f6ff) to draw attention - Read notifications have a white background
- The Mark as Read button is visible only on unread notifications — tap it to mark the notification as read
- All notifications (read or unread) show the delete icon

Managing Notifications
Section titled “Managing Notifications”Mark as Read
Section titled “Mark as Read”Tap the Mark as Read button on any unread notification (light blue background) to mark it as read. The blue background will disappear.
Delete a Notification
Section titled “Delete a Notification”Tap the trash icon in the top-right corner of a notification card to delete it.
Current Limitations
Section titled “Current Limitations”The Inbox is currently pre-populated with sample notifications for UI demonstration. Real-time notification delivery via API is not yet active — notifications shown are static placeholders and do not reflect live data from the server.
